Shipping

All orders qualify for free 2-day shipping and require a signature upon receipt. Overnight can be selected upon checkout for an additional cost. Orders are typically processed within one business day of receipt.

We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2 PM EST will be processed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST or over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

Returns

For a full refund on a piece purchased on don-purcell.myshopify.com, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only and must be made within 3 days of receipt. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.

To initiate a return request, please send an email to inquiries@donpurcelljeweler.com with “RETURN REQUEST” written in the subject. In the email, please share your name, order confirmation number, and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid shipping label. Once the return is inspected, the customer will receive a full refund to the original form of payment less the return shipping fees.

Please note, return request frequency is monitored and kept on record.

Don-purcell.myshopify.com has the right to reject a return if excessive return requests are made by the same account or individual.

 Taxes

Taxes are calculated at check out. Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to those States within the United States requiring payment of sales tax.
